The school promotes a wide range of extra-curricular activities at lunchtimes and after school. Some of these are provided by our own staff and some are provided by external agencies at an additional cost. The following are some of the activities that may take place during the school year, depending on the skills and enthusiasms of our staff. These are often targeted at particular age groups of children.

Sports          Football, Netball, Athletics, Cycling, Hockey, Basketball, Table Tennis, Cricket.
Other Art, Cookery, Orchard Club, Choir, Drama, Sewing.

All children have the opportunity to learn to play a musical instrument from Year 2 upwards, depending on the instrument.  Our team of very experienced peripatetic music teachers provide lessons for a wide variety of instruments. Currently these include guitar, woodwind, recorder, piano and drums. Charges are made for these lessons. In addition the children have the opportunity to perform at our annual music concert each summer. On several occasions our children have also performed at The Royal Albert Hall and at the O2.

Visitors to our school include members of our local community, theatre groups, history experts, cricket and badminton coaches and First Soccer.
