Challenge Partners

We are members of Challenge Partners. 

Challenge Partners is a national network of schools and trusts working together to improve education for all children. It brings schools into a collaborative partnership where they share expertise, learn from one another, and take part in supportive peer reviews to strengthen teaching, leadership, and outcomes. 

Part of our membership allows us to engage in a Quality Assurance Review (QAR). This is a rigorous, three-day peer evaluation carried out by trained senior leaders from other schools. The programme helps us to identify strengths, address areas, and develop and share effective practice across the partnership. 

In our 2024 QAR we were awarded an area of excellence in co-operative learning.

In our 2025 QAR we achieved Leading and were awarded an area of excellent in inclusion. 

We value our relationship with Challenge Partners and the access to high-quality professional development and leadership growth opportunities it provides. 

Ofsted

Juniper Hill School was last inspected in July 2022. We are proud of the progress we have made since our last inspection. Our next inspection will take place under the new Ofsted framework.
