Vision Update September 2015

Dear All,

Below is our updated vision and aims. A big thank you to everyone who has been involved in developing this. After circulating our draft vision at the end of last year we had over 100 feedback forms from Parents and Staff. Within this, 92% of you were happy with the draft version. A number of you made some very helpful comments which led to adjustments which you can see below.

The next steps will be to use our vision actively within our school. This will include sessions with the school council and you will start to see our new strapline 'We take pride in all we do' on letters that come from school. Our governing body training this year will focus on turning a vision into reality.

Each year we have a school development plan which Mr Drawmer will tell you more about in the coming weeks. As a governing body our role will be to ensure that the priorities and goals set in this plan work in tandem with our vision going forward.

Many thanks for your continued support,

The Juniper Hill Governing Body
