Elected representatives from each class (one boy and one girl) meet regularly to consider matters raised by the children during a teacher-led discussion. The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Governing Body review the minutes of these meetings as part of the school improvement process. This system provides children with a voice within the school and allows them to influence the way in which the school meets their needs. In addition children have access to the SLT to discuss any matters of concern that they may have.
Over the last year children have discussed topics including our school vision, the new school house system and what they enjoy about being at Juniper Hill.
